Matt in maintenance is amazing He is always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about fixing things the right way. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Josiah, the manager, is also fantastic. He’s approachable, communicative, and does a great job making residents feel heard and supported. It really makes a difference having a team like this. Highly recommend

When nobody is around, the trees gossip about the people who have walked under them. The book is in front of the table. His get rich quick scheme was to grow a cactus farm. He excelled at firing people nicely. Jenny made the announcement that her baby was an alien. She learned that water bottles are no longer just to hold liquid, but they re also status symbols. Iron pyrite is the most foolish of all minerals.

The office staff is amazing and wonderful people always willing and ready to help. Maintenance is super friendly and loves to help when he can. The whole staff is very communicative.

They respond quickly to requests and always explain what the issue is and how it’s being fixed. Repairs are done efficiently and with care, and they make sure everything is working properly before leaving. They are respectful of my time and space and always have a positive attitude. It’s reassuring to know that maintenance issues are taken seriously and handled promptly. Overall, the maintenance service has made living at ReNew Apartments a much better and stress-free experience.
